                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM TREVA BROWN, RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 81A, RED BANK INTERCEPTOR
                   CONNECTOR SEWER, TRACT NO. 10, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND SIXTY DOLLARS
                   ($1,060.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Treva Brown, relative to
       Contract No. 81A, Red Bank Interceptor Connector Sewer, Tract No. 

       10, for a consideration of $1,060.00.
